True North Landings LLC operates True North Marine. Custom boat decking / marine mat work and online retail products may be sold under True North Marine branding.
2. Online store and orders
- Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order.
- Payment is due as shown at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Shipping, taxes, and fees may apply and will be shown when available at checkout.
3. Custom products and marine work
Custom-cut cooler tops, helm/dash pads, decking, and similar made-to-order items may be non-returnable once production starts, except where required by law or covered by a written warranty. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Messaging, chat, and SMS
If you contact us by website chat, form, email, phone, or text:
- You agree we may reply using the same channel.
- Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
- You can ask to stop SMS replies by following the opt-out instructions we provide (for example, replying STOP).
- Do not use our chat/forms to submit others’ phone numbers without permission.
5. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for information you submit (including shipping and contact details). Keep passwords confidential if you create an account.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, logos, product photos, and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except as allowed by law.

You may not misuse the Services (including fraud, scraping, malware, harassment, or illegal activity).

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law requires otherwise.

Return eligibility depends on the product type and any policy pages published on our site/shop. Custom items may have different rules. Contact office@truenorthmarine.net for return requests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts located in Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
