True North Marine builds custom MarineMat cooler tops for boat owners in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, the Florida Panhandle, and the Alabama Gulf Coast. We cut foam for popular Yeti and RTIC sizes and can discuss a custom fit for other coolers. Why add a MarineMat cooler top?
Stock cooler lids can get slick, hot, and scratched. Closed-cell EVA foam adds grip and cushion without soaking up water, and a coordinated pattern makes the whole cockpit look intentional. We measure the lid footprint, plan around hinges and latches, and finish the edges neatly. If the cooler is already on your boat, we can often measure it during the same visit as a deck or helm pad project.

Built for sun, salt, and wet decks
Every top is planned for real Gulf use from Pensacola through the Alabama Gulf. Proper surface preparation matters for peel-and-stick installs, so we explain how to clean and dry the lid before installation. Good prep helps the adhesive hold through heat, spray, fishing days, and routine washing.

We treat the lid as a working part of the boat, not just a decoration. That means checking how it opens, where hands land, and whether the cooler is used as a seat or casting support. We will point out any fit or prep issue before the top is installed, and we can coordinate the job with a custom boat decking project or helm and dash pads.
